Selina Cockell
Co-founder

Selina is a strategic PR and communications expert with a decade’s experience at the intersection of fashion, wellness, and sport, specialising in community growth. She began her career in fashion, working with leading names including Alexander McQueen, Karla Otto, Selfridges, and Alexander Wang in New York, before joining Axel Arigato to lead its community-first growth strategy - playing a key role in the Scandinavian brand’s journey from start-up to global success.

As a consultant, Selina has partnered with leading wellness brands such as Alo Yoga, supporting their London market entry and community expansion, as well as Silou and Gymshark. Known for bridging creativity with commercial insight, she crafts narratives that resonate across media, influencers, and consumers, placing brands firmly in the cultural conversation. Her approach shapes a new era of PR that drives awareness, builds advocacy, and fuels sustainable growth.

Sophie Dewaele-Makhani
Co-founder

Sophie is a strategic marketing leader with over a decade’s experience driving growth for brands at the intersection of luxury, beauty, and technology. She began her career with Alexander McQueen, honing expertise in brand storytelling and social media, before joining Victoria Beckham Beauty to lead its launch and shape its presence across digital and retail channels. She later worked with Anya Hindmarch, delivering innovative brand campaigns, and went on to head UK acquisition at Stitch Fix, combining performance marketing and brand strategy to deliver measurable growth.

As a consultant, Sophie has partnered with global names including Amazon and Castore, advising on strategies that unite commercial performance with cultural relevance. Known for blending analytical insight with creative edge, she helps brands refine their narratives, unlock new audiences, and scale effectively. Her work ensures brands thrive in competitive markets while remaining culturally resonant and commercially strong.
